We are looking for a Back of House Supervisor to coordinate daily back of house restaurant operations. Daily responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory, and creating the schedule for back of house team members. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food in a timely manner. Ultimately, you will ensure that all food is properly cooked and served and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
• Ability to manage and order inventory
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
• Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
• Must be available Monday to Saturday, including holidays

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Creating a weekly schedule for all back of house team members
• Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
• Managing team member performance and staffing needs
• Overseeing daily inventory needs
• Communicate needs to other leaders in order to fill gaps
